This newborn package includes:
Up to 4 home visits starting as early as day of life 2
A prenatal visit to discuss family history, pregnancy, and goals for care
A high-quality scale to keep at home for daily weights in the first 1-2 weeks
Newborn kit which will include some essentials to care for your new baby
Waived enrollment fee ($100 value)
The goal is to avoid ANY in-clinic visits until the 4 month check-up
